This journal began as an attempt to capture the adoption quest for our daughter Alyzabeth An. It has since degenerated into shadowing our everyday family life while we endure "The Wait". We are not your typical "young" adoptive couple. To put it more bluntly - Ford may have to suspend further birthdays SOON just to maintain the age qualification! So welcome along as our American "daughter" of Chinese ancestry eventually joins mom Alyson (Maine) & dad Ford (Missouri) in the Sunshine state.
CCAA Document Processing: The CCAA has finished the review of the adoption application documents registered with our office in June 2005. The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the families whose adoption application documents were registered with our office before May 13, 2005.

Hey, are you two going to the CNY celebration that the First Coast FCC is hosting on 2-4-06? Hope to see you there! We are even working the craft table for the kids for a bit :)

Yes, we will be at the CNY celebration. A first for us. We also signed up for the craft table so will be at the FCC meeting on Thursday to learn the ropes! See you there!
Whooohoooo! This means that JULY (my humble group) is in the review room. Finally. Ahhhhh. I think I might actually make it. Not too much longer now. :-)
