This journal began as an attempt to capture the adoption quest for our daughter Alyzabeth An. It has since degenerated into shadowing our everyday family life while we endure "The Wait". We are not your typical "young" adoptive couple. To put it more bluntly - Ford may have to suspend further birthdays SOON just to maintain the age qualification! So welcome along as our American "daughter" of Chinese ancestry eventually joins mom Alyson (Maine) & dad Ford (Missouri) in the Sunshine state.
Aly and I got to babysit Alivia today for Jesse and Leaa. It was tough duty but somehow we pulled it off.
Ah, baby Alivia, you help to make our world smile...

she is beutfull you look like a happy grandpa.
We will be getting that baby of ours vary soon .I hope this weekend he could vary well be born on my birthday which is Monday the 26 but I hope it is befor then I need some sleep. Love ya Candy
